I wanted to write to you all to say a huge thank you, for the care and attention that you gave to me recently whilst I had my operation.

When I arrived I was so worried what would happen to me next. I can't begin to explain how distressed I felt, but you made everything wonderful. The love, care, and attention that the nurses all displayed was amazing. I truly felt at home and comfortable at False Creek, and to be honest I miss you all very much.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Dr. ******* who performed my op and how at ease he made me feel with the details and his post operative care. He is a brilliant surgeon and has a rare quality that I think you all have, which is that you obviously seem to care, and that makes a huge difference and is why you are all so special to me...
