OUR FACILITY

False Creek Surgical Centre is a privately owned and operated surgical facility performing a wide range of day care and overnight stay surgical procedures.

This state of the art facility incorporates three fully equipped general anaesthesia operating rooms, plus a six bed recovery unit with overnight stay capabilities. Consulting offices are available to all surgeons who carry out pre-operative consultations as well as post-operative follow up care.

In our effort to provide the highest standard of Medical care, False Creek Surgical Centre and its dynamic, experienced team are constantly dedicated to offer patients, surgeons and health care professionals a safe environment, as well as a warm, inviting and unique atmosphere. False Creek Surgical Centre provides quality care based on the fundamental values of practice as set out in the guidelines of The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, the Canadian Association for Ambulatory Surgical Facilities Inc. (CAAASF) and the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF).

Every member of our staff was carefully chosen because of their high professional qualifications and their personal concern for others. Many of the surgeons are strongly affiliated with local teaching hospitals.

Since the very beginning we have taken advantage of new and exciting techniques in health care (often unavailable in Hospitals), thus attracting some of the brightest and most forward thinking surgeons to work with us.
