OUR FACILITY

False Creek Surgical Centre is a state-of-the-art private surgery facility with four operating rooms, ten recovery beds and ten overnight stay rooms. The Centre currently operates six days a week: Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Our Vancouver surgery centre is licensed for overnight stays for patient care following their procedure. The Centre maintains a nurse to patient ratio of up to 1 nurse for every 3 patients, creating an environment for high quality patient care.

False Creek Surgery Centre boasts some of the most up-to-date equipment available, including the InstaTrak™ for computer assisted sinus surgery. Leading edge equipment allows for less invasive techniques in all areas, from orthopedic surgery to plastic and cosmetic surgery.

The 25,000-square-foot facility is unique in being able to present technology within an environment designed with an aesthetic backdrop. The centre was designed with natural lighting and warm colours to help promote a sense of calm and healing. The environment is further enhanced by the use of natural stone and wood, framed by a view of beautiful downtown Vancouver and the Coast Mountains.

For out of town patients, please ask us about special arrangements for accommodations. Our preferred accommodation is at the Vancouver Westin Grand Hotel, approximately five minutes drive from the facility. Accommodations may be booked using our corporate discount rate when booked by our staff. Please let us know at the time of your consultation if we can assist in making these travel arrangements.
