Surgical Centre are private, and not covered by
the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia.
It is possible that extended health insurance
plans may cover certain procedures. Please check
with your provider.
For BC patients:
Payment is due two weeks prior to surgery date.

For foreign patients seeking surgery
while they are visiting British Columbia (urgent
or injury related surgery):
False Creek recognizes many foreign insurance
carriers, and it is likely that your injury related
surgery will be covered. We do require the following
information relating to your insurance plan: your
plan name and number, the name of the insured
and coverage number. Prior approval by your plan
is required, and we are pleased to take care of
this process on your behalf. You will also be
asked to provide a copy of your credit card as
security, in the unlikely event that your insurer
fails to pay within 45 days.
