Dr. Alan Rabinowitz,
Cardiologist
Dr. Rabinowitz is the Director of the Coronary
Care Unit at St Paul 's Hospital, University
of British Columbia .
He graduated with a medical degree from the
University of Cape Town, South Africa and completed
his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training
at the University of Toronto.
Dr Rabinowitz maintains a busy clinical
practice as a cardiologist and is integrally
involved in the cardiology training of cardiologists
and other trainees at the University of
British Columbia . He has a particular interest
in the acute and preventive treatment of
coronary artery disease and in the development
of new technologies to enhance this.
