Enclosed you will find a copy of a proposal from False Creek Surgical Centre for consideration of a Public/Private venture to assist Prince George in the delivery of day-care surgery, specifically in the areas of Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery.

The intention of the proposal is to seek a solution based approach to dealing with chronic wait lists for surgery with a view to cost effective practices for delivery to the public. I would like to open a dialogue to discuss the proposal of False Creek further and collectively seek out mutually beneficial arrangements for the public/private delivery of some health care services.
